This notice covers the Night & Air marketing website and early access list. A separate product privacy notice will be provided before the app is released.

Information we collect

When you join the early access list, we collect the email address you provide, the time of submission, and a simple source label used to understand where the sign-up came from. We do not collect audio through this website.

How we use it

We use your email to send thoughtful product updates, early access invitations, and essential information related to your request. We do not use the list for unrelated advertising.

Service providers

We may use carefully selected providers to host the site, deliver email, or store early access submissions. They receive only the information needed to provide those services and are expected to protect it.

Retention and your choices

We keep early access information only as long as it remains useful for the purposes described here or as required by law. You can unsubscribe from any update or ask us to remove your information by contacting privacy@nightandair.com.

Product audio

Night & Air is being designed to process audio on the device where possible. Any cloud processing, sharing, or optional partner features will be explained clearly before use and placed under user control.

Children

The website and early access list are intended for adults and are not directed to children.

We may update this notice as the product develops. The date above will change when material updates are made.
