This page explains the privacy principles for the Night & Air website and early-access list. The iOS app will include a product-specific privacy notice before public release.
Early-access information
When you join the early-access list, Night & Air receives the email address you provide and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the form. That information is used for product updates, invitations, and essential list administration.
Audio and app data
Night & Air is being designed to process audio on the device where possible. Any cloud processing, retention, or sharing will be explained clearly before it occurs and placed under user control.
Sharing
Night & Air does not sell personal information. Service providers may process limited information only to operate the website, deliver email, protect the service, or support the product.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from product emails through the link in any message. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting privacy@nightandair.com.
