Terms

A supportive tool with clear limits.

These terms describe the current boundaries of the Night & Air website, email updates, and beta wellness product.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Wellness support, not medical care

Night & Air is a general wellness and coaching product. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent sleep apnea or any other medical condition, and it is not presented as an FDA-cleared or FDA-approved medical device. It does not replace professional advice, clinical care, or prescribed treatment.

Active beta

Night & Air is in active beta. Beta features may change, be incomplete, or become unavailable while the product is being tested. Feedback may be used to improve the product, provided it is handled consistently with the privacy policy.

Paid features

The initial baseline of seven qualifying, reviewed nights and later guided features are different stages. Guided tune-ups and the Airway Foundation program require an active subscription after the baseline. The app and the App Store or Google Play purchase screen display the available plan, local price, billing interval and any offer terms before you confirm payment. We do not set a single price on this page because plans and local store prices can vary.

Subscriptions are billed and renew automatically through Apple or Google at the displayed interval unless you cancel them in that store’s subscription settings before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access after cancellation follows the remaining paid period and the relevant store’s terms. The store handles purchase receipts and refund requests. The app provides a Restore purchases action if an active subscription is not recognized.

No guaranteed outcome

Snoring patterns vary. Night & Air does not promise that any particular tune-up will help or that the product will produce a specific health or sleep outcome. “No clear change” is a valid product result.

Appropriate use

Users are responsible for using the product lawfully and safely. Urgent symptoms, breathing concerns, or suspected sleep-disordered breathing should be discussed with a qualified clinician.
