About Night & Air
A quieter product for a noisy problem.
Night & Air was built around a simple frustration: people can collect many nights of snoring data and still have no clear idea what to try next.
One state. One clear message. One useful action.
That principle shapes the product and the website. The app does not try to turn bedtime into a dashboard. It builds a baseline from seven qualifying, reviewed nights, suggests one habit to test, and helps the user review the result. Helpful kept habits become reminders alongside the next test. Airway Foundation is optional guided practice later in the journey, or when the user chooses it.
The answer may be that a change appears to help. It may also be “no clear change.” Both can help you decide what to keep or try next. When the comparison is too uncertain, the app asks for more nights.
Built for the person who snores.
The primary experience belongs to the person doing the experiment. The person beside them may benefit from quieter nights and from knowing that something structured is being tried, but sharing with another person remains optional.
Wellness, not diagnosis.
Night & Air is positioned as a general wellness and coaching product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent sleep apnea or any other medical condition. The product is designed to make everyday self-experimentation clearer while keeping clinical care where it belongs.
